Again, the process is simple…

 

First, ask guests to fill in a book order form indicating which books they’d like along with a name and address where they’d like the books shipped. (To ensure order accuracy, use separate forms for each address where they wish books to be sent.)

 

Next, you collect the payment for the books, including shipping. It’s up to you whether to accept checks and/or cash.

 

IMMEDIATELY take your commission out of money you collect:

$3.00 for each Busy Preschooler’s Guide to Learning sold

$1.00 for each KA Reader sold

 

Send a single cashier’s check or postal money order for the total orders plus shipping, along with all the completed order forms to:
